I have competed and participated in various sports throughout my life ranging from Badminton, CrossFit, HiiT and Strength and Conditioning. 15 years ago, I became an instructor in CKD Martial Arts before I left to follow my passion on the football pitch where, I took part in 5, 7 and 11-a-side football winning the league and cup in the first year. Injuries, family, and my career took its toll on my sporting achievements, but I’ve always come back stronger and fitter. This has highlighted that passion, commitment and consistency is key to success.

Connie has been great at building my confidence back in to training after a 2 year absence from the gym. Her bespoke & measurable program included elements that allowed me to reach my fitness goals rapidly and improve my technique


Connie is an amazing motivator and PT, Training with her has given me the tools i needed to get my healthy lifestyle back on track. She really goes the extra mile with her programme from food plan's to training to check in's.

I've been training with Connie for a little over 2 months now and have been seeing results in weight loss which is fab! Of course with the sudden lockdown measures I was concerned about not being able to achieve my goals but Connie reassured me and has been supportive of me even during this time - with at-home exercises and outdoor sessions. Lovely person AND someone who pushes me each session to do a little more than I think I could. She trains in different areas and switches up the exercises regularly - great workouts that make you sweat and painful after each session! Great PT - highly recommend
