My focus is to help you achieve your goals by designing a challenging, fun an effective program. I strongly believe in investing in you, applying exercise and nutrition to help you along your journey, regardless of age or ability.

Based on a 12-week plan

- 3 to 4 sessions a week

- An initial consultation

- Free introductory session

- Nutrition review and advice (based on your food diary)

- Regular testing and programme reviews based on your goals to ensure you stay on track

- All you have to do is follow a weekly activity and nutrition plan.
